Why did i decide to offer training ?
I have been a nurse for over 16 years and specialising in aesthetics for just over 5 years. Did I ever think i would be training others in this exciting speciality ?. No i didn’t, I do however love my job and I’m extremely passionate about it.
The launch of my training academy came about after 3-4 of the reps I work with through my business kept saying i would be good at it. I had a natural talent for teaching. I will be completely honest not something I saw in myself.
However I do recognise my passion and enthusiasm for our speciality, most of all I recognised the need for better, more supportive training. Therefore I set about researching and investing in my own training and skills to enable me to bring the best training and support I possibly could because I feel there is a gap in the market for high quality training in Wales.
So finally I felt ready and as a result The Grove Training Academy was launched this year 2017 and I haven’t looked back. I throughly enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills.
